1. Service Overview

Shibamaru Store (operated by YuJin LLC) provides proxy purchasing services for Japanese merchandise, wholesale distribution of Japanese collectibles, and direct sales of in-stock items to customers worldwide.

2. Proxy Purchase Service

  • We purchase items on your behalf from Japanese marketplaces (Mercari, Yahoo Flea Market, Rakuma, Yahoo Auctions)
  • A 10% service fee is applied to the item price
  • International shipping costs are calculated separately
  • Items are subject to availability; we cannot guarantee purchase success

3. Wholesale Service

  • Wholesale prices are available for registered business customers
  • Minimum order quantities may apply
  • Prices are in JPY and subject to change

4. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY)
  • Your credit card issuer will convert to your local currency at their exchange rate

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide via FedEx, DHL, EMS, and other carriers. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Proxy purchase items: Non-refundable once purchased (as per marketplace rules)
  • Wholesale/In-stock items: Returns accepted within 7 days if item is defective or significantly different from description
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless item is defective

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damage during international transit, customs seizures, or delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
