How to buy: you pay for items and shipping separately

Pre-order deposits: JPY 500 per prize figure and JPY 10,000 per Ichiban Kuji set are held in your wallet (not charged) and applied to your payment. You can change your shipping option (ship each full box / ship when current orders are complete / keep in warehouse) anytime on the My Pre-orders or My Warehouse page. It applies to prize figures and other items; Ichiban Kuji sets ship on their own as soon as they arrive.
Prize figure pre-order rules (from October 22)
To make sure customers who pre-order in good faith get a fair chance, prize figure pre-orders follow these rules: 1. Each item you pre-order places a ¥500 deposit hold on your wallet balance (held, not charged). If your available balance is not enough, please top up first. 2. The price shown on the page is a reference price, not the final price. The actual price is confirmed when stock arrives, plus a 5% service fee. 3. First come, first served. When stock arrives, we confirm pre-orders in order and send a payment request. Please pay within 5 days; the deposit goes toward the price. 4. Manufacturers may cut allocations, so pre-orders are not guaranteed and no compensation is given for cuts. If we cannot allocate the item, we cancel on our side, or the item is still not allocated 30 days after release (cancelled automatically), the deposit hold is released automatically. 5. If you cancel a pre-order yourself, or do not pay within 5 days of the payment request, the deposit stays on hold for 15 days and then returns to your wallet balance. Nothing is deducted. Wallet balance can only be used in our store and cannot be refunded as cash. 6. After 2 orders are cancelled for non-payment after a payment request, or cancelled by you while awaiting payment (counted from October 26), prize pre-orders are closed for your account. Pre-orders placed before October 22 have no deposit and are handled as before.
Ichiban Kuji pre-order rules (from October 18)
To make sure customers who pre-order in good faith get a fair chance, Ichiban Kuji pre-orders follow these rules: 1. Ichiban Kuji is pre-ordered by full set. Each pre-order places a ¥10,000 deposit hold on your wallet balance (held, not charged). 2. Our Ichiban Kuji allocation is very small and not guaranteed. Customers who also order prize figures get priority; the rest are allocated in order of pre-order. 3. If we can allocate a set to you, we will send a payment request. Please pay within 5 days; the deposit goes toward the price. 4. If we cannot allocate a set, or we cancel on our side, the deposit hold is released automatically at no cost. 5. If you cancel the pre-order yourself, or do not pay within 5 days of the payment request, the deposit is not refunded. 6. Recently we have had bad-faith pre-orders: many pre-orders that were never paid, and casual cancellations after the goods arrived. These took up our already small allocation and affected other customers, which is why we introduced the deposit. Pre-orders placed before October 18 have no deposit and are handled as before.
New: spend ¥700,000 on prize figures in a month, get 10% off prize figures the next month
When your prize figure purchases (in-stock and pre-order) reach ¥700,000 in a calendar month, all your in-stock and pre-order prize figure orders get 10% off for the whole next month. Reach ¥700,000 again and the discount continues the month after; otherwise prices return to normal. Prize figures only: Ichiban Kuji, proxy buying and wholesale do not count and are not discounted. Items already on sale are excluded. Amounts paid with points do not count toward the ¥700,000; you can still use points on discounted orders. Applies to orders placed in our online shop only.
Yahoo! Auctions proxy bidding: now in testing
Our Yahoo! Auctions proxy bidding service is currently in testing and is open to a limited number of customers. The official launch date has not been decided yet. Stay tuned!
Stocktaking complete: in-stock orders are open again
Our warehouse stocktake is complete and in-stock items can be ordered again. The quantities shown on the In-Stock page match what we actually have in the warehouse.
Stocktaking today: in-stock orders paused
We are taking stock in our warehouse today (October 9), so in-stock items cannot be ordered for now. Ordering will reopen once stocktaking is finished. Proxy buying, Ichiban Kuji, prize pre-orders and wholesale are open as usual.
